These electrolyte packets are excellent for a ketogenic or low-carb diet and great quality! They not only taste great, but they have extra sodium in them, which is important on low-carb diets. They're also a LOT more affordable than other big brands, but with almost near identical ingredients! The powder dissolves quickly, so you don't have to shake it for very long in order to get a drink. I also appreciate that I can simply put a couple of these small sized packets in my purse, and they're always with me for hydration, just by dumping one of them into a container of water. I prefer mine being mixed with 32 ounces of water, and they still don't taste diluted. They even have more potassium in each packet, than potassium capsules have in them!
