At first, I was surprised by how salty it was as it fizzed in my mouth, but the watermelon flavor gradually dissipated, making me want to eat more. It's not like a candy, so I limit myself to one or two a day. I pop one in my mouth to start my day, and then I start cooking. It feels like it gives me energy for the day.
