I started taking psyllium for digestive purposes although appreciate that it can be helpful in managing cholesterol as well. Sun Warrior products are reputable, and I like that this product is organic. It mixes pretty well with a frother, and I add a sugar free water flavor drop to help make it more palatable. That being said, it doesn't taste bad, just bland. I will likely continue to purchase this.

You open it and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is excellent. Premium fiber. I think the package contains 66 servings. It lasts a long time. Suitable for constipation. Improves intestinal transit. It's flavorless. It also has the added benefit of promoting satiety if you're on a diet. Recommended for almost all ages. Good value for money.

not great if you are drinking it. clumps in water and just looks like diarrhea water

High-quality product it definitely works. I don’t know if I would be repurchasing the same cause I wanna try others one as well.
