I like that this is in a spray bottle, just need a few sprays, taste is not bad, like a dark chocolate, I like it. Seems to have good ingredients and seems to help me sleep.

It comes in spray form and tastes a bit like cough syrup, but not as sweet.
This new spray invention is meant to replace a wonderful concoction called tense ease.It worked for me like a charm. The new version has to be sprayed in one's mouth, tastes ugly and when poured in a liquid spills.It works just a little. Why oh why do companies exchange winners for losers. Waste of my money. This is a good quality product, easy to use after an initial problem of unclogging the spray pump, the taste is not great, but the ingredients are of benefit for relaxing.

It’s just me I know, but this kept me awake. The ashwagandha in it can make you relaxed or energized. Needles to say I didn’t sleep last nite. Great for daytime I suppose 😂 I do love other items from this company!
