Fully Dosed and Great Flavor
Very good flavor, which is rare for a pre-workout with so many active ingredients. NutraBio is known for honest and transparent labeling, and I appreciate that this product is also kosher certified, which is important for those who keep kosher. The pump ingredients appear to be fully dosed, and it definitely helps with mental focus and workout performance. I am still not sure whether it is quite as effective as Pre JYM — the jury is still out for me. One important thing to keep in mind is that it does not contain creatine, so that would need to be supplemented separately. It is somewhat expensive, but understandable considering everything included in the formula.
