Pretty good sleep product without any melatonin. Not a bad next day feeling. Not groggy. Good stuff

It’s very good . I take it 30-40 min before bed and I fell asleep right way. Even if I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I go straight back to sleep. In am I don’t feel drowsy. I really like it.

Valerian is just normally a bit stinky. Sleep is slightly improved but added to melatonin it helps. Just lacking in melatonin but not too sure of long term use.

Good quality, good ingredient, good dosage, anesthetic benefits but very inconvenient size to swallow
