Soooo goood, sleep like a baby
Been using these for a couple weeks now to help wind down at night. They taste great (berry flavor, not chalky like some other gummies), and I fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning. These really help me relax and get to sleep. I do wish they came in a non-gummy capsule, but for the benefit of better rest that doesn't make me wake up feeling groggy, I'll deal with eating candy at bedtime. I do enjoy the taste and texture.
