It's great for seasoning savory dishes...especially if you're trying to cut out salt for water weight loss...I am so happy I bought this huge bag because I love garlic & the price was excellent. I took off one star because the packaging could be a little healthier...maybe paper, bioplastic, or hemp??? Anyway, I will definitely be purchasing again.
