I take this before and after training. It tastes like a mix of ramune (Japanese soda) and bubblegum, and it's quite sweet. I mix it with mineral water, but you can adjust the sweetness, so it's easy to drink.
It helped me with hydration and the complication of potassium daily levels. Also kept my body energized during the day.
