I like the composition of this L-theannine supplement! I love that they come in large quantity in a bag. However, when I swallowed my first softgel, it felt like it was sticking as it went down. I think it is the chubbiness of the softgel. I have found that if I flatten it a bit with my teeth, it goes down without a hitch. Thought I would share!
I'm currently taking 200mg of caffeine in a supplement, so I try to match it with 400mg of theanine, which is said to be the golden ratio. I want to be precise with this ratio, so I'm not going for powdered types, which can lead to measurement errors. I think this is probably the second best value for money after Vitamatic.
