I think Micro Ingredient is one of the best vendors of electrolytes. They have a good level of potassium without being excessive. I can take it 2-3 times a day without it being an issue. I think its a quality product with great both pre- and post- workout.

I hesitated to buy it because there were no reviews, but of course... It's a cheap brand and I couldn't verify the taste, but I decided to give it a try anyway and ordered it. It's the worst. I can't detect the vitamin B smell, so it lingers, the raspberry flavor is too artificial, it's not particularly sweet, and most of all, it doesn't quench my thirst. Just like when you eat something sweet, this makes you thirstier, and when I drink it, my mouth feels dry and my thirst doesn't go away, but rather gets worse. I'm worried when I'll finish the large bottle. I'll never buy any flavor again!
