I sweat a lot this summer, but since I started drinking this, I've felt less sluggish. It seems to be effectively replenishing the minerals lost through sweating. The slightly sweet watermelon flavor is also delicious.

It's an electrolyte that lasts quite a while compared to other options. When you use it, you feel a boost in your energy throughout the day, and it also helps me a lot when I train at the gym. The only thing is that I find it quite sweet, but I fix that by adding lemon, which actually makes it taste really good.

It's alright. It tastes like watermelon-flavored bubble gum with lemon juice powder. Personally, I'd say it would be even better if it were a bit saltier and sourer. You could add a few slices of fresh lemon to it.
