Best quality vegan ashwagandha that is available in bulk. Much more cost effective than getting capsules.
I hate pills so I put 1tsp of this in my weekly smoothie mix. You can use a 1/8tsp if just making a single serving. It's typically cheaper than pills too.
The product is amazing. Just working fine and consistent. I add it to my coffee and Yogurt for easy consumption. Authentic KSM66 Ashwaganda that really works. I do highly recommend it to anyone who is having stress or for active peoples. The quality is really good, and i apprecaite the purity of the product. The ingredient is KSM66 no additives.
It is the recommended type and you only need 1/8 of a tsp. I am happy with it and will reorder when I run out.
Taking KSM-66 significantly reduces irritability, so it's one of the supplements I try to take as much as possible. It's in powder form, so it's good value for money and I love it.
