I recently was tasked with cooking one meal at an extended family getaway. Besides using sauce that had clean ingredients, and meat that was high quality grass fed, I also used this einkorn pasta. This pasta is a good source of fiber and protein AND tastes good. I love that it's made with organic Einkorn wheat, which is much easier to digest than normal American wheat. Tip: I only cooked it for 7 minutes (5 minutes less than what the box recommends) to get to al dente. Anything longer and it would have gotten mushy.
