Qunol's Extra Strength is an excellent choice as first of all it is Chelated and then secondly it offers a more than adequate dosage of 420 mg. This product makes an excellent choice if you suffer from Arthritis or joint pain AND you want to get a good night's sleep with glycinate. Also excellent choice for nerve and muscle issues in additon to bone health. This is an outstanding formulation!

i was taking a different brand to help with muscle cramps, I tried this one because it is a higher dose per pill so i don't have to take as many and it will last a little longer than the last brand. Still getting the benefits of not having muscle cramps.

I have been taking this for a few years now. I began getting very painful cramps in the arches of my feet and legs on a daily basis. I take 2 of these daily, and thankfully, I very rarely get cramps any longer. For a short while, I tried taking only one a day, but the cramps returned. When I resumed two per day, the cramps went away again so I truly think this is helping tremendously.
