Copper is also important for anemia. If you're not absorbing iron despite taking high doses and cofactors, get your ceruloplasmin level tested. If it's low, consider copper supplementation.

I’ve read that copper and zinc are essential for proper thyroid function. This is the right mg dosage at 2 mg to pair with the zinc at 15mg.
Great product from a company I can always trust. They want me to add more details, but what is there to say? We need copper to balance out our other minerals, and this does just that.
First time I tried it, I saw improvement. But second bottle don’t see any results, so I’m not sure if it was a bad batch.
I like this brand due to no filler. Copper is one of the ingredients of ARED2.
I just recently had to start making my cat’s food due to some serious allergies. The organization who has the vet approved recipe suggested that I use this supplement. It’s high quality, the exact dose I need and is a good size. The package also benefits an easy way to store it so the ingredients don’t go bad.
No added ingredients and had favorable reviews. A little expensive so had to give it 4 stars.
Copper is needed by the body but is depleted by zinc, iodine and other minerals and vitamins.
Buy again and again. no fillers. perfect mg dose for me. tiny easy to swallow. take it when taking high doses of zinc to keep the zinc to copper ratio.
The first time I took this it was in the morning on an empty stomach. 15 minutes later I got nauseous and threw up. Turns out it’s best taken with food, which to be fair the bottle states so it’s completely on me. Just wanted to post a review for those like me that tend to not read the bottle.
