OK but very stinky

Finding a multivitam that doesn't contain iodine without an absurdly high amount of vitamin A & biotin is almost impossible. 1 dose of this vitamin is 3 pills so I just take 1. It has 2250mcg 250% of vitamin A & 400mcg 1333% of biotin in 1 serving. That's insane but lower than the other 2 or 3 brands I found. I don't have any issues with it except that it smells and tastes like hot garbage.
