I love that these are organic and contain one single ingredient. I buy a lot of Shiloh Farms organic products because I trust their quality. I like these small lentils because they don’t easily cook to mush and are great in salads or even soups. They have a mild flavor.
As stated it's nice to find organic anything and I have used Shiloh farms products before and have been very pleased with the results.

Love these lentils from a great company. We never find stones or other impurities, which I wouldnt fault the company for because that is part of the natural processing, however, it helps that we can trust in this brand.
These lentils cook up great don't get mushy. Since they stay firmer, I love to use them in salads. In addition to cooking, I have used these lentils and they produce excellent sprouts.
