I like the quality of Shiloh Farms and with this green lentils they have non-gmo and also organic. I include this in my diet every other day for protein and fiber. My recipe is mainly just cook per instructions but with other types of grains/beans and it tastes great and nutritious.

Delicious lentils

Shiloh Farms consistently has quality products and these lentils are no exception! In general though, I never cook them as soon as recommended ont he packaging as I prefer them slightly firm so they don't turn to mush.
