In a Class by Itself!
These potato flakes have everything I want in an instant mashed potato: Organic Potatoes, and the absolute minimum (2) of other ingredients; clean ingredients in tiny amounts only as necessary to stabilize the product.
They're in a class by themselves because they're the only one I've found using only Organic spuds.
Super easy to make. After making them a few times you'll find yourself not even needing to measure anything, they're that forgiving.
As for taste, they are closer to fresh boiled-and-mashed potatoes than any other flake I've tried, and for whatever reason, they don't upset my touchy digestion like fresh-cooked potatoes do.
They're a staple for me, and I'm so happy that iHerb carries them!

Very yummy organic potato flakes! A bit on the pricey side but great quality ingredient and tastes great depending on how much you season it. Packaging is smaller than other Potato Flakes and more expensive, but a nice treat if you want organic potatoes once in a while without having to wait to bake or boil them.
