My favorite gluten free pasta, it's also organic and tastes great. I use it for so many recipes including tuna & noodles, pasta salad and of course topped with spaghetti sauce. The spiral shape helps sauces cling to the pasta.

These rice noodles are delicious and cook up well. I love them in stir fries and soups. They are a great substitute for wheat pasta.
Love this GF pasta, it’s better than regular wheat pasta. The quality is better than others on the market. I find it tastes best cooked a minute past the suggested cook time. Enjoy!

I've tried many gluten-free pasta types on the market, as I've been gluten-free for decades. Tinkyada is the best (IMO) for taste and texture – doesn't get mushy, simple all-rice ingredients. No lie, wheat pasta still has that magical taste you just can't get with gluten-free, but if you're cutting gluten, this brand works great!
I use Tinkyada's spiral pasta in a Lasagna soup recipe. The cooking time is longer than what the package recommends (20-25 min in the soup) but it comes out perfect without disintegrating. The taste is perfect for lasagna soup. I like that it is organic. I was surprised that the pasta is not in a bag in the box, but that reduces the amount of plastic waste and doesn't seem to effect the pasta.
I'm happy with this affordable, quality pasta. taste + texture is great, it doesn't overcook easily. the ingredients are pretty simple and don't flare up my chronic health issues. I like to use these in soups. I wish the package size was a little bigger, but for the price I'm not too mad.
