Best Sam-e for me!
I have used Sam-e for several years now. I started on Vitacost 200mg and just take one daily. Two doesn't work for me. This brands seems more effective for me than other brands that I have tried. It is packed well, which helps when I travel. I sometimes take a couple of days off to allow my system to reboot, so it works better. Helps my mood, joints, and liver!
