The above mentioned Strontium is a tasteless mineral. The quality is excellent, as it is incredibly fresh. The ingredients are healthy, as there are few fillers and the size of the product is generous. Strontium basically supports bone density in a different form than calcium and it needs to be taken at different times. I have osteopenia and the product has benefited/improved the strength in my hips and walking capacity. Thank you soo much...🤔

I have been using Strontium for many years, as an essential mineral for our bones, taking it in the evening and my calcium in the morning. excellent low cost product for increasing bone density, taken on empty stomach, 2 hours away from calcium so each mineral is most bioavailable.

I've had osteoporosis for many years but can't take the oral meds for it, and do not want to take the infused treatments either. So, I take several supplements to help my bones, and strontium has been one of them for the past few years. (I also do weight-bearing exercise regularly.) My last DEXA results showed that at age 74 I was out of the osteoporosis range and now in osteopenia territory. So, not perfect but definitely an improvement!

An important trace mineral for bone strength. Good product at a fair price. Would omit the Vegetable Steric Acid and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate as these fillers/binders are detrimental to good health. Hope that Vitacost cleans these products up to higher standards.
