I am taking this supplement on the advice of my healthcare provider for bone health, but until I have another bone density test, I won't know if it works. I take it very last thing before going to bed. I have been sleeping better, but I'm not sure it's due to this supplement alone. DO NOT take any calcium based products within 2 hours of Strontium dose, or you're just wasting your money.

This one is great if you’re taking strontium for bone support. Capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it’s from Life Extension because the brand is reliable. After using it for about a month, I felt good keeping it in my bone health stack. No complaints.
