I first started taking a probiotic about 10 years ago. Although I have tried many brands over that time, I always come back to this one. It works well and is a good value for the price. I highly recommend it.

After trying different probiotics throughout the years, we found this one on Vitacost. Having it available on I Herb is a plus. It has great benefits, and we can tell the difference when taking it to address minor indigestion, constipation, and gut problems.. We’ve noticed significantly improved digestion which speaks to the quality of the ingredients. We stock up on the bigger size bottles when they are on sale.
Love this product for overall better supported gut health. Only thing I wish was different here would be if it was kept cold and shipped cold like it used to be at the store in Vegas.
