Synergy®, Advan-C® Including Citrus Bioflavonoids, 300 Capsules

Great quality and excellent value. I have been using this product for about 10 years and am very confident in its quality and efficiency. I previously used Ester-C, and this provides a similar mineral ascorbate formula at a much more affordable price. The bioflavonoids are essential for proper absorption. This 300-capsule size is a fantastic value, and I have experienced zero stomach sensitivities, even with heavier dosing.

I have taken Vitacost brand supplements for years and am very happy with the quality of this product also. I take it daily and it never bothers my stomach, there is no after taste and the capsule size is easy to swallow. Advan-C comes in several different potencies, making it usable for multiple reasons.

I bought Vitacost vitamin C for the first time and liked the ingredients: vitamin C in a good form, calcium ascorbate, in a 500 mg dosage, plus citrus bioflavonoids to enhance the vitamin C. Everything is perfectly combined, just right for boosting immunity during the fall and winter. And there are a large number of capsules! Excellent.

My husband & I started taking these during the CoVid19 mess. We each had one very mild case early on but never caught it again. We credit these capsules with boosting our immunities. We've lowered our dose since all that but still continue to take it daily, now into our 60s.

Combines a high, but not mega-dose of Vit. C (500 mg), with bioflavonoids, which is an added plus.

This Vitamin C is excellent and good quality. Ingredients are perfect. Capsules are not too large. Much easier on the stomach than Ascorbic Acid. Only 500 mg per capsule so you can take a smaller amount at one time.

I take vitamin C for its immune support and lung health benefits. This Synergy product is another Vitacost product that's been both affordable and effective in fulfilling my vitamin C needs.

I like the ingredients as they seem to be more naturally derived than most C-complex supplements. Also appreciate the low "acidity". I would recommend them.
