I take this formula to protect the macula of the eye all the time, because - age; ultraviolet; negative effects of free radicals. It has a very, very good composition of carotenoids. I am satisfied with the effect, I will continue to take it.
An excellent supplement for maintaining eye health, with very beneficial antioxidants for vision. Good dosage of lutein. The small capsules are easy to swallow. Take for at least a month. Useful for those who sit at a computer and feel constantly tired.
I'm not sure how much it actually helps my eyes, but I feel like it's better than not taking it. I've been using it regularly and I'm happy with it. Overall, a great product!
I take lutein with zeaxanthin regularly. The quality is excellent, the capsules are a convenient size, the ingredients help improve vision clarity and help with computer fatigue. The capsules have a neutral taste, the packaging is very convenient, you can take them with you on the go. The benefits of carotenoids for vision are enormous.
I have been using this intermittently since purchased. I liked the decent of milligrams in this product. I haven't used it long enough to tell if it is helping, but I live in a very sunny climate (desert in S. Cal) and my exposure to sunlight is very high. Thought it would be a good idea to start using Lutein.
The particles are very small, the price is very affordable, and the ingredients are said to be helpful for eyesight, but the effectiveness still needs time to be verified.
