I love these Magnesium citrate pills.I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and I need a quality supplement..I tested the pills in vinegar and they totally dissolved in 7 minutes..It’s Fantastic for having bowel movements without having diarrhea ..FYI …The ingredients are bar none..😊
I take 2 tabs dissolved in water every morning 30 mins before meal for better absorption. the tingling sensation in my legs are gone now after 2 weeks.
I have been buying this magnesium citrate for years. It has 200 mg magnesium per tablet which is great. The tablets are a little bigger than people like, but I have no problem swallowing them.
Magnesium citrate is absorbed, unlike the cheaper magnesium oxide found in so many over the counter products at the drug and grocery stores.
Great price and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I take the Magnesium citrate for sleep and digestive benefits. The package is easy to use but the pills are a bit large. Overall, it's a great product for the price and I'll buy again.

I take magnesium citrate daily to help limit muscle cramps...I dissolve them in coffee in the morning.
Regardless of whether or not I eat, I always feel nauseated when I take this. The pills are ginormous, but I don’t think that explains the discomfort. Perhaps capsules are gentler?

Good supplement, love the high dose in one tablet, however it is a very large tablet, sometimes hard to get down if you have trouble with pills.
