I feel like "SUPERWOMAN" in a few hours. Will keep taking until I am incapable of making my own smoothie. Do recommend.

I was sceptical about this at first but after a good week I've been enjoying it. the quality is kinda premium, I switch from my other creatine brands and haven't seen a drop over all size. My recovery after workouts has been really quick. the Shilajit as an extra ingredient has really helped me focus a lot more during my sets.

The product seems to be of good quality with quality ingredients. The taste can be a little strong; you have to get used to it. Start with small scoops and get used to the product. It's very good to accompany exercise and fitness for its creatine content. The packaging is compact and stores very well in cupboards.
