This liquid is very easy to take and tastes great, which makes daily use enjoyable. The liposomal form gives better absorption, and I appreciate the added fulvic minerals. I felt a nice boost in energy and focus after consistent use. A bit more expensive than other brands, but worth it for the quality.

This is a great product to travel with, especially when you have time changes and your body just needs an easy boost of replenishment! Healthy and Fast!! The flavor is good, and the single-serve size is great. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it is formulated for those of us with the MTHFR gene, so I grabbed it right away. They need to make a bigger box.
After bloodwork, I discovered I am B12 deficient. I ordered this since it is liposomal and also has trace minerals. The only downside is it's hard to travel with.
It’s a good combination of active vitamins B6, B9 and B12, especially for those who have high homocysteine. It’s a bit too sweet to my taste. By the end of the use, it started to taste like a rancid oil. You can find a better value for money in my opinion. I would grade it between 3 and 4 stars.
I feel actually active after taking this vitamin and it’s interesting it’s the first one I take in lysosomal delivery system and it is making a difference in terms of being active and energetic the taste is sweet tolerable but I think taste should not be an issue when a good supplement is found .will continue using this and recommend it to everybody also will be trying other supplements from the same

When taking supplement, I prefer the liquid version — capsules can feel like too much sometimes! It tastes good, and in my opinion, the B6, B9, and B12 are perfectly balanced.
For me, the taste was overly sweet. I like that it combines B12, B6, and folate. Maybe, because of my diet and vitamin protocol, I was not deficient in those to begin with, thus I did not feel much different after. But since there are more affordable vitamins on the market that essentially do the same thing, I cannot justify the price point for this supplement. I will not repurchase.
I been using this product on repeat with couple of months gap but always keep coming back to it,because simply it quality of it,gives you the right dosage of B group!!easy to spray and taste also great!!!it has a huge impact on my nervous system!Package is easy to grab and put it your purse!!!I usually use it in midday and make sure I am well hydrated
