I had been looking for a B12 supplement that was portable and easy to ingest, and this is it! I knew Zhaler could do it. I had already purchased another brand, but it is disgusting. This one has a good flavor and dissolves easy. I don't have to spend time chewing more. This will be my to go for B12 for energy so I cut out the caffeine.
