This is a very nice form of B12 sublingual (very important as B12 sublingual is absorbed directly into the blood stream because the skin under the tongue is highly vascularized. B12 is not absorbed well at all in the stomach. It is also important to take a vitamin B complex with the B12 sublngual. Thank you.

Great product, high in methyl-B12, the superior form. I recommend this product for almost 8 years now. The only minor problem is that when not used every day, after a few weeks the tablets will absorb moist and get a bit sticky.
