Magnesium, 60 Capsules (500 mg per Capsule)

This magnesium supplement has exceeded my expectations in both quality and effectiveness. Each ingredient is clearly listed, and I appreciate knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body. The size of the tablets is manageable and easy to swallow, and the package is sturdy and reseals well to keep everything fresh. I started taking magnesium for its wide range of benefits, especially for joint and muscle support, and it’s made a noticeable difference. It also helps me relax at night and has improved my sleep quality significantly. Magnesium is such an important mineral, and I’ve learned it also plays a key role in hormone regulation, which is a huge plus. The taste is neutral

I bought two bottles of this product and so glad I did. I will never be with out this great Magnesium brand. I have tried a few different brands but will come back to this one again. It’s got just the correct amount of Magnesium in for me
