Chamomile, Flower Essence, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

This flower essence is great especially combined with one or two essences addressing the root cause of stress eg. Larch for fear of failure or Trumpet Vine for fear of public dpeaking. It helps to calm the Solar Plexus chakra, also use it to complement healing from stomach issues eg. GERD, acid reflux, IBS. To take dilute 4 drops on a 30ml dosage bottle and take 4x a day, as well as when it is esoecially needed.

I’ve been using this as part of a blend I concocted and I have had really good effects with it. Much more patient, less stressed out feeling. Ability to not hold on to negative feelings as much. I do recommend trying to take it consistently daily for awhile to see if it works for you. Chamomile tea is so relaxing and I feel maybe this is similar but for stubborn emotions. Will repurchase when I run out.

There was once I suffered from rather severe sharp tummy pains. I remembered reading somewhere that the Chamomile flower essence can help to relieve gastrointestinal issues. So I put 4 drops on my tongue. I felt the pain went down a notch. 5 minutes later, I put another 4 drops onto my tongue. Then the pain completely went away. It never came back for that day. This is great to expel gas from the stomach and also good if when you feel like vomiting. This is from my own personal experience.

Love flower essences they are sooo effective yet gentle and always high quality!!! Chamomile is so good for someone who is oversensitive / feels over touched and emotional.

I'm a firm believer in the benefits of flower essences and have been for many decades. FES is a high quality brand that is far superior to its better known cousin Bach. And I'm very grateful that iHerb carries the 1 oz size, which allows for many doses and is very cost effective. Chamomile is a good remedy for me when I suffer from stress-related stomach upset and mood swings.

I appreciate FES for their large size bottles and lower prices. Also, for their further research beyond the original 38 remedies. I didn’t have much benefit from this one - at this time. This seems to be a good brand. I probably chose incorrectly.
