This is a must have for me. It completely discharges and dissipates the energetic tension that comes from anxiety, panic, shock and trauma. I typically just spray this on my forehead and feel the effects almost immediately so it's very fast acting! I sometimes follow this up with the Five Flower formula and they work great together, the Five Flower essence feels really healing too and I can only describe it as feeling like a warm sweet healing glow of light. Both are must haves! So grateful to IHERB for stocking it and I'll keep buying these.

I really benefit from taking flower essences. I love the composition of flowers in this blend. There is a taste of alcohol if you spray it on your tongue, so I spray it in a glass of water or on my skin. The spray makes it really easy to take the dosage. Sometimes I do experience a healing reaction, but it passes quickly.

I am glad to have a possibility to buy their Essences on iHerb. Quality is as its great as awaited. Sizes could be bigger though. Tastes very pleasantly.

Very good brand with good quality. This works very well. They always work but it's subtle and takes time. Need to be consistent .

the quality is fine . Size is good as well. I just started using it , although hard to say it helps or heals any trauma related memories . worth the try.
