Blackberry, Flower Essence, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

This wonderful flower essence keeps me grounded and allows me to stay determined in getting what I need to do without my mind wandering

This flower essence helps to improve focus, allowing one to stay grounded and attentive.

Helped me turn scattered ideas into focused action. I felt more motivated and clearer about what steps to take next—great for procrastination and indecision.

Blackberry flower essence has helped me to have a more "let's get this done" attitude -- which particularly helps when I am feeling apathetic or disorganized in my thoughts. It helps a person become more goal-oriented, and somehow, to feel capable of tackling the goals, so maybe it assists in clarity or mental organization, and also in motivation as well. FES is a well-known brand and is high quality and reasonably priced for a whole ounce of product. Try 4 drops under the tongue 3-4 times daily and get stuff done!

I utilise this to help me release and decode creative blocks and imprints of limiting beliefs also as part of regimen of healing my uterus. Great quality, happy with the size and I feel it is helpful.
