Large tablet - BUT EASILY BROKEN in half - Excellent way of boosting these important minerals !!
Great way to get these important minerals, all of which are needed in relatively large amounts compared to the trace elements. Large tablet but easily broken in half. Shortage of either Calcium, Magnesium or Zinc is not that uncommon (in particular Magnesium - which is important for nerve function). Directions say take three tablets but I only take ONE to avoid any deficiency as a certain amount of these minerals are derived from the diet - meaning they last me over 8 months. Gluten free which is important to me and Country Life adds no nasty additives. This is a safe and economical way of boosting these major minerals in your body.
