I bought a product for my vein issues, specifically for the purpose of improving vein dilation. I am very happy that iHerb offers affordable prices for everyone; otherwise, I’m not sure if I could afford it. I have ordered many items from iHerb, including products from Now and Gold Nutrition. I am very satisfied. Thank you!
I've been using these arginine pills for a few months now, and the results have been fantastic! I take them before my workouts, and they have definitely helped boost my endurance and performance. I feel like I can push harder and recover faster after intense training sessions. The pills are easy to take, and I've noticed an overall improvement in my energy levels throughout the day. I also appreciate that they support circulation, which I’ve felt in both my workouts and daily activities. Highly recommend these for anyone looking to enhance their exercise routine!
First of all, I am a big fan of the NOW Foods products. I highly recommend them. As for this product - Arginine-Citruline blend. I usually take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I do recommend drinking more water throughout the day to increase its absortion - As it participates in the detoxification of your urea cycle. I am a male in my middle sixties and like all sports activities from running, weight lifting, tennis, etc... This gives me greater energy, strength and more stamina with performance. iHerb is the best place to get a great value.
“Good pump during workouts and noticeable increase in blood flow. Energy feels cleaner and endurance is slightly improved, but results depend on consistent training.”
I’ve been using this supplement combo for my diet and pre-workout training and the results are noticeable. The 500mg Arginine and 250mg Citrulline ratio seems to be the sweet spot for maintaining a solid pump throughout my entire session. I’ve also noticed I don't fatigue as quickly during high-volume sets. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any weird aftertaste. Great value for a 240-count bottle.
NOW Foods Arginine & Citrulline is a solid pre-workout formula for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The capsule form is convenient and the combination of both amino acids supports blood flow and muscle endurance. I've noticed improved pump and endurance during workouts. Good mixability if taken with water. At $0.15 per serving, excellent value for a sports nutrition supplement. Consistent quality from a trusted brand.
L-arginine and L-citrulline are both amino acids that play key roles in supporting nitric oxide (NO) production, which is vital for cardiovascular health, blood flow, and various physiological functions. L-citrulline is converted in the kidneys into L-arginine, which in turn is used to produce nitric oxide, a molecule that helps dilate blood vessels, improve circulation, and support heart and blood vessel health. L-arginine and L-citrulline are amino acids that may help improve erectile dysfunction (ED) by enhancing blood flow through the production of nitric oxide, a compound that relaxes blood vessels and increases circulation to the penis. Combining L-arginine and L-citrulline may offer synergistic benefits, as L-citrulline provides a steady supply of L-arginine while L-arginine delivers a more immediate effect. This combination may enhance nitric oxide production and improve blood flow more effectively than either supplement alone
One thing I appreciate is that it seems to be made from high-quality, natural ingredients, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. It also fits easily into my daily routine, which makes it more likely I’ll keep using it long-term. Of course, results may vary from person to person, but for me, it’s been a positive experience. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking to support your health and wellness naturally.
I grabbed this to support my workouts and it’s become a staple. I take 2 capsules about 30–45 minutes before training and I consistently feel a better “pump” and a bit more endurance on longer sets. Nothing dramatic overnight—more like a steady, reliable difference after the first week. Capsules are vegetarian, clean ingredient list (just L-Arginine & L-Citrulline), and there’s no taste or aftertaste. The capsules are slightly large, but they go down fine with water. Bottle arrived well-sealed and the 120 count lasts me a while, which makes the price fair. I’m not using this for any medical reason—just general performance support—and it fits that purpose really well. Will repurchase.
My husband started using this supplement to improve his fitness and workout performance, and it has suited him exceptionally well. It helped him feel noticeably more energized and stronger during his training sessions. We also agree that the ingredient combination is effective and the overall quality is truly top-notch.
