I like this because it's not as strong as other laxatives. You really don't know you're taken it, and I'm sensitive to just about everything. A medication I take means that I need a little help so this product is perfect. Also Gaia herbs are the best.

I took 2, but that means that you need to run for the toilet for hours! You will benefit from it within half an hour after taking. Doesn’t have a strong taste.
