I didn't see any noticable benefits but maybe because the dosage is not high , but I will keep using it and see if there is any difference.

Took the whole bottle and honestly did not see a big difference in my hair or nails. The dose is low: maybe that is why it did not do much for me. Quality is fine and it is easy to take, but the results were average. If you expect visible changes, look for a higher strength.
