I have been using this brand specifically recommended for thyroid and hormone support. It is the most natural product that I can find. I just wish this was a bit more affordable, but honestly, it’s been really beneficial for me. I add 1–2 teaspoons to my coffee every morning and it noticeably helps with bloating. I’ve also had less period pain since I started using it. Subtle but definitely worth it.

This is the best maca from a trusted brand. I mix this into my morning tea for increased energy and hormone balancing benefits. The taste is pleasant, kind of like a malted. It is a must adaptogen for me and I've noticed positive results after daily use over a few months now in better, clearer skin, better mood balancing, and increased energy levels.
