I have switched over entirely from taking 'traditional' multi-vitamins and minerals to taking this product as well as spirulina. I find these products are all I really need. I used to take a number of different supplements in an attempt to get all the vitamins and minerals I need. I used to notice with the traditional supplements, that much was excreted very quickly after taking them. This is no longer happening for me. The most noticeable thing for me though, has been I sleep so much better, not longer, but it seems to be of better quality. I have only been taking this for 3 weeks but so far, I like the results and I like how it has simplified my supplement regimen. I was also very happy that there is a combination product for the fulvic and humic minerals instead of having to buy separate products.

I bought this to add to my detox regime and only take it when needed. I was impressed by the mix of ingredients and on further reading the reviews decided to purchase. It's hard to know how effective nutritional supplements are without doing specific tests but I do have to say that it has helped me detox, symptomatically I feel better and will be using it when needed again. I really like that these are vegetarian and use cellulose capsules. The only minor thing is having bottled water to take it with, but that's not a biggie.
I had 2times flu and severe cold this year and by the advice of my doctor bought this immune booster. The capsule is black and odorless. Every capsule size is about 2sm. You have to drink eat before the meal about 40minuts in order to benefit properly. There are 2mineral in it :fulvic and humic acid. All two minerals help to boost immunity after weakening. Package is plastic and well protected.
This type I did bought after reading review from someone here on Iherb ,was recommend this exact brand and caps ,and what I love about this caps ,they have Fulvic acid ,that have also be in Zeolite ,that is rare high quality stuff. Extremely good for Detox. I can feel my brain on and alert when taking this ones ,also the caps are black inside. That is rare to ,have give this also to my 11.year old son. and I will buy this again for sure. That is a very High Quality brand in Minerals.

I drink distilled water bc it’s the cleanest water. So I need to get my minerals and also Fulvic is a great binder. I was wondering why I felt nothing... I probably did not read well but one supply is 4 pills!!! this is a lot. . Also by making some research found that for it to be efficient you have to take it by itself 1 to 2 hour from any meal or drinks... Too much constraints for me
