I was looking for a brain formula that’s both effective but also doesn’t break the bank. This one fits the bill. It has 50mg of phosphatidylserine plus a lot of other ingredients like primrose and etc. that fosters brain health cognition and memory factors. I usually get 100mgs of PS but 50 will still be effective if taken every day probably could take 2 a day. You get 60 soft gels so it will last a couple of months. The quality is good with this brand
