I’ve been impressed with the quality of these soft gels. The light lemon flavor is a nice touch and I haven’t noticed the unpleasant fishy aftertaste I’ve had with some other fish oils. Definitely one I plan to keep using.

This product has been the difference of pain and inflammation in my body! I took it one day while having knee pain and shortly after (within 30 min) the pain was gone. I've recommended this exact product to so many people for the amazing quality of ingredients that you can trust. Most people dont realize we need a balanced ratio of omegas, and in our modern diet theres often an imbalance that leads to inflammation due to our diets being heavily saturared in oils that bring omega 6 & 9. Always better to get some extra vitamin D in there too- most of us are deficient and plays a big role in so much. Im only 32 in age but never too early to take this- it does so much benefit in the body in so many processes. Taste is no problem either- no Fish-y burps like other brand. Can't recommend more.

High quality fish oil, with no fishy after taste. My bloodwork shows that I am deficient in Vitamin D3, so the added D3 here is a nice boost (but I also supplement with more vitamin D3). The gel capsule are on the large side, but I have no issues with taking pills, so not an issue for me.

Nordic Naturals seemed like a reliable option Highlights: * no fishy aftertaste or weird burps * marketed as “no gluten, milk, derivatives or synthetic dyes” (stated on the back) * “certified sustainable” * use wild-caught fish (also stated on back) Bottom line: Excellent option for getting in your daily omega 3 and vitamin d3 at one time. Needs clarity on 3rd party testing.
