Omega 3 Mood®, Natural Lemon, 90 Softgels

My nephrologist told me I need to take 4,000 mg of Omega-3 a day!! For my IgA Nephropathy. That dosage is hard to work with when you’re on a budget. Other brands yours have to take a ridiculous amount of capsules (more than 4) and you will go through that bottle fast! These however, you ONLY have to take 4 to get that dosage! And the 180 count is going last longer than most. I’ve been taking these for over a year and doubt I will ever switch. These have helped lower my cholesterol. They have also helped lower my urine protein levels (in conjunction with blood pressure medication). The amount I take is based on my doctors orders, so please talk to your doctor before taking anything above what the directions list!!

Recommended by psychiatrist to use for Omega 3 (2 daily) because it is high quality, deep cold water sourced and has the correct levels of DHA and EPA which helps combat depression. Using for 10+ years. Love it. And No burping it up.

I really like this product. My doctor recommended it to me specifically because of the levels of ingredients that have been shown to have positive impact on mood. Like most omega 3 pills, they're big, but nothing too crazy. I can't say I've seen a major difference, or at least I can't pinpoint it to this supplement, but since I was taking an Omega 3 anyway, I had nothing to lose by switching here. Good, quality ingredients and a trusted source.

I think these work well, I keep them in the fridge and take them right before a meal. Only tasted them once. Seem to be helping with my brain function. Will keep using

On the fence, so I'll have to come back and reasses this when I can. As someone on ASD, which has neurochemical implications, I have a hard time with things that increase serotonin. When it's good - it's great, when it's bad - it's catastrophic (ahm 5htp and tryptophan which causes panic attacks for me), so I know what an increase in serotonin should feel like and I had high hopes for this. Unfortunately, this made me sleepy, apathetic, and irritable. -- I'll keep using it in small doses, hoping for the long term effect to be positive.

This product is by one of the purest fish oils on the market. Its formula does not ever leave you with the fish after taste. Wonderful!
