It's a good product, contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame, however it contains some fillers and preservatives like Calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. I'm taking it to support my hair growth, quality and also battle hair loss. The thing that bothers me is that it contains calcium, so I don't think I'll buy it in the future
