Okay! What I didn't know before taking the SAM-e is that it would be so very helpful with my osteoporosis-damaged knees. I purchased the product to help with depression (which it did and is). Research and you will find that it does, indeed, help with pain and osteoporosis. I feel a lot less pain when I take this SAM-e.
I’ve tried a lot of different mood enhancing supplements over many years and nothing seems to have more impact than this. SAMe is best taken on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes or so before eating. I take mine in the morning, along with a vitamin B complex and it has worked out very well. Also be sure to give it time to work. I saw the most improvement after 2 weeks of daily usage.
