While the ingredients seem great and it is supposedly a great source of Calcium and Magneisum, I am uncertain if it really makes a difference. Sometimes after taking the supplement, I have had reactions (inflammatory) that were worrisome, mkaing me wonder if they were triggered by the supplement.
