The quality and ingredients in this Calcium and magnesium were good and assisted in reducing pain in my Fibromyalgia. The size of the tablets were large but easily swallowed without any taste. The package was a big bottle which is common for this type of product. Unfortunately the benefits were not that great that I would buy again.
My son has Gauchers Disease, which affects his bone density. I have been giving him this twice a day for years and it's kept his osteopenia from advancing to osteoporosis. I started taking it myself a few years before I hit menopause, and continue to take it to keep my bones strong. The dosage is convenient and effective, twice a day!

Quality ingredients listed on it's package. Great benefits for people of mature age. Improvements seen in my sleep, I sleep better when I take this, for sure. I normally take one only at night. The extra benefit of calcium to benefit bone density is great, as well. It has no adverse taste.
