I give my child DHA daily because it helps with brain development and learning ability. I’ve noticed better focus and memory, and it also supports healthy vision. I feel more confident knowing my child is getting the nutrients needed for growth.
At last I found this calcium supply with only vegetable ingredients and of high quality! At my age, I have bone deficiency, and I benefit greatly from this, it will improve my life for sure! I take this supplement every day in combination with eating healthy meals. They doesn't taste much, the package is a brown glass container to keep them fresh.

This calcium supplement is okay overall and does what it’s supposed to. The vegetarian capsules are easy to take and the whole-food based approach feels like a thoughtful formula. I didn’t notice any strong taste or digestive discomfort, which is a plus. That said, I personally didn’t feel like it made a noticeable difference for me, so it didn’t quite wow me. Good product, just didn’t feel like a must-have in my routine. Solid choice if you prefer this type of formula but not quite essential.
Solid calcium supplement overall, and I like that this bigger bottle gives you plenty of capsules for the price. The vegetarian capsules are easy to take and the whole-food based formula feels thoughtful and gentle. I didn’t notice any unpleasant taste or digestive issues. That said, I didn’t really feel a noticeable difference from using it, so it wasn’t a game-changer for me personally. Good value for the amount you get, and a decent option if you prefer this type of formula, just not essential in my routine.
